Automatically reconnect to PulseAudio

Submitted by woob

Assigned to Simon Steinbeiß @ochosi

Link to original bug (#15332)

Description

Currently when xfce4-volumed-pulse loses connection to the PulseAudio server (via a restart of PA for instance), it has to be manually terminated and replaced with a new instance. It would be nice if it could just reconnect to the new Pulse server automatically.
