Add preference to change default button in paste protect dialog

Since 273d0cfd we default to "Cancel" in the paste protect dialog. I agree this is the correct default, however it does require one extra action (tabbing to the "Paste" button, or using the mouse) in the nominal case, which I've found annoying.

This patch makes the default focused button a preference. Setting it to "paste" restores the old behavior.
