Hide the launcher for xfce4-terminal-settings

Alexander Schwinn requested to merge alexxcons/xfce4-terminal:hide-settings-launcher into master

Since terminal-settings are simple to open in the application itself, it is not required to additional show a launcher for it in the application-menu.
