Fix label of text blink mode

adsr requested to merge adsr/xfce4-terminal:text-blink-label into master

On the "Appearance" config panel, the drop down for text blink mode is labeled "Cursor blinks". This is misleading. (The real "Cursor blinks" config option is in the "General" config panel.)
