[Feature Request] Support custom icon

Hi! I'd like to have my many SSH sessions each have their own icon for their window and the task switcher. Could someone add a CLI option to use a custom PNG/SVG icon for the newly created terminal window? Even nicer would be if I could also control the background color/image from CLI, and the window name/class (to easier address the window with wmctrl).
