New tabs are created in HOME directory and not in the previous tab's directory

I upgraded all packages and xtce4-terminal behavior changed. Before Ctrl-Shift-T created new tabs in the same directory as the previous tab was, now it creates them in a HOME directory.

The relevant option is "Working directory" and it is "off". Its tooltip says that new tabs should be created in the directory of the previous tab. But this doesn't happen any more for me after full package update, even there were no relevant changes in the xtce4-terminal port.
