WIP: Beautifying task manager
- replaced vpanel -> gtk_notebook for tabs
- tab for app list
- tab for performance (currently same, CPU and Memory)
- add CSD via gtk_header
- transparent back and added vertical guidelines in performance graph for modern look and adjust Performance graphs color
This is not a completely working patch, but can provide idea what i want to do!
