Dark mode for process-monitor and process-statusbar.

Valerian A.R. requested to merge Kableado/xfce4-taskmanager:master-darkmodegraph into master

This MR inverts the colors of the CPU and Memory graphs and labels when using a dark theme. May be a solution for Issue #74 (closed) and #76 (closed).
