xfce4-taskmanager cannot get elevated privileges

Hello!
I am using xfce4-taskmanager 1.2.2-1 on Debian Buster.
When I try, for example, to set priority to "Very High" in a task then I get an error "It is likely you don't have the required privileges". It should normally ask for my password using xfce4 polkit like gnome-system-monitor
does.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open xfce4-taskmanager
- Try to do an action which requires elevated privileges like setting priority, killing root task, etc...
- See that it throws an error instead of asking your password
