Draft: Capture window on simple mouse click

I'm not completely convinced this is a feature that's worth shipping in its current state:

  1. No Wayland support, probably needs a custom protocol.
  2. Unlike the Active Window region, the select window may be under another, so the screenshot content is mixed.
  3. Unlike the behavior of macOS, there is no switching mode when pressing for example the spacebar, so it's not something discoverable.
