Add imgur support as custom action

Andre Miranda requested to merge andreldm/xfce4-screenshooter:issue-50 into master
  • Install shell script to upload screenshots to Imgur
    • Depends on: curl, jq, zenity and xclip
    • I wonder if packagers will take care of this
  • If the custom action was never added, add it
  • Add link to #115 (closed) next to the Imgur radio button
