Skip including crypt.h on FreeBSD

Guido Falsi requested to merge (removed):libcrypt_FreeBSD_Fix into master

FreeBSD has libcrypt, but does not include a crypt.h file. The interface is defined in unistd.h [1].

This has been uncovered by commit e9e6e7ea
