`xdt-autogen` takes care of this.

- exo-csource is deprecated and moved to xdt-csource
- Bump minimal xdt version
- Clean autohell variables: we already require automake 1.11+ from
  configure.ac, not need to add useless AUTOMAKE_OPTION
