remove daemonizing 

it isn't needed and it breaks things like GSettings apparently.

    Are you sure it is not needed? xfce4-screensaver does not use GSettings, right? If you remove a feature, you should also remove it properly: remove accepting --no-daemon option, remove it from --help and manual page to not confuse people. But please tell me exactly why this has to be removed? Or revert this to fix related issue #77
