xfce4-panel-profiles (4.16) launchers not exported or imported

Since xfce4-panel-profiles 4.16 when loading panel profiles via gui or cmd (xfce4-panel-profiles load ./profile-dual-monitor_old.tar.bz2) everything is loaded correctly except the configured launchers.

When adding launchers and then saving the configuration via "xfce4-panel-profiles save ..." the resulting tar file does contain the config.txt but not the launcher-X folders. The references to the launchers in config.txt are also missing
