Add option to show notifications on all monitors

Brian Tarricone requested to merge kelnos/xfce4-notifyd:show-on-all-monitors into master

This required refactoring XfceNotifyWindow into XfceNotification (one instance per notification) and XfceNotifyWindow (one instance per monitor to display on).

Closes #36 (closed).
