Panel plugin doesn't change to 'unread' state reliably
I've noticed (at least) two issues regarding the panel plugin item, after upgrading to 0.8.0:
- The icon is displayed with a dark gray color, as if it were disabled, be it both in its 'normal' and 'unread' state. This severely reduces the contrast. This seems to be the case for Greybird, Greybird-dark, and Adwaita-dark. For Adwaita and HiContrast, the icon is black as one would expect.
- The icon stopped changing to the 'unread' state. Killing and manually launching the daemon somehow 'fixed' this, but after a reboot and triggering some notifications, it again wouldn't, but very inconsistently / erratically so.
I have tried to reset its settings and purge the log database, but it seemed to be to no avail. This did not occur under version 0.7.x.
I have no core dumps (since nothing crashed), no messages are spewed out on stderr/stdout either (save for "** Message: 17:32:27.756: Your sqlite library does not support OFFSET/LIMIT with DELETE; falling back to less-efficient deletion method", but that seems irrelevant to the situation at hand).
Additionally, it seems that in the settings, the box showing the logs misses all of its borders. This seems to be the case for all GTK themes used, too.
