Add horizontal and vertical shifts to the notification position

Description

Created attachment 8849 Notification overlapping panel

I'm currently using Xfce but with i3 as WM instead of Xfwm. In this setup the notification window doesn't take into account the panel at the top of the screen, so it overlaps it. I don't know if this is i3 or Xfce4-notifyd's fault but in any case, having the possibility to set a vertical and a horizontal shift for the notification position would solve my problem while also adding a (possibly) useful feature.
