Notifications are not centered correctly - xfce4-notifyd version 0.9.6-1.1 - Xfce version 4.18

After a recent update of xfce4-notifyd to version 0.9.6-1.1 in openSUSE Tumbleweed results in notifications not being centered correctly either at the top or at the bottom of the screen. Before the update, the center of the notifications was correctly aligned at the center of the screen, but now it is resulting in the left edge of the notifications aligning at the center of the screen. The Xfce desktop is running on X.Org server.

@kelnos was unsure about what the meaning of the word "center" should be, the center of the notification is aligned to the center of the work area, or it is aligned to the left edge. I think it has to be the former. The center of the notifications should be aligned with the center of the screen.

I know @kelnos wasn't totally satisfied with the patch proposed by @jgmdev, but hopefully he or someone else will enhance the proposed patch or may offer a new patch to fix this visual issue.
