Disabled tray icon by default

The tray icon is disabled in the default configuration. Since the tray icon serves only as a shortcut to various Orage functions and does not display any useful information, all its functionality has been transferred to the org.xfce.orage.desktop file and the clock plugin (which brings up Orage when clicked).
