Disabled libical 3.0.15 and removed not needed config checks

In libical 3.0.15 are introduced limit for processed lines, it does not work with Orage (and several other programs), this issue erase whole Orage calendar. It is fixed/reverted in libical 3.0.16. This MR is related with #20 (closed).
