build: Let xdt-depends.m4 macros set GLib macros

Bump also GLib to 2.58 (>= 2.56) so G_LOG_USE_STRUCTURED can be set: see xfce/xfce4-dev-tools!68 (merged)

@erxus Does it bother you to build with xfce4-dev-tools >= 4.17.1 (i.e. stable version 4.18.0)? If so we can leave this pending, it's not urgent.
