Globaltime removal

Removed Globaltime from Orage. Globaltime functionality can be fully replaced by Xfce panel clock if used separate panel and clock. Functionality which is needed add to panel clock is listed here xfce/xfce4-panel#125. Fixes #12 (closed) .
