Update project files

@skunnyk Some questions:

  • I deleted the .spec file (first commit), because it seemed obsolete (it was for example deleted in 2012 for Mousepad). What do you think?
  • What do you think also about what is currently in the doc directory? I guess the orage.xml files at least can be removed (replaced by the appdata file I added in the fourth commit)?

For the description in the appdata file and in the README.md, I have kept more or less the content of doc/orage.xml. It can always be changed, but it should remain consistent.

@erxus There might be things in the old README.md (i.e. the old README) that you would like to put in the documentation (not sure if it's worth it).
