Entries should be able to get moved between calendars

If a foreign calendar is available in write mode through External Data, the edit mode of an entry should provide the possibility to move an entry from one calendar to another, without manually copying the entry, then saving it there, and deleting the old entry. Also (#37) we do not really know at them moment in which calendar we are saving.
