Orage should show (in single entry edit view) from which calendar a date stems

in Orage 4.16.0 there is no possibility to see from which calendar an entry stems, we can not see, if it is saved in the default calendar, or in a foreign one from External Data. Maybe the simples solution would be to always show the same combo box (in edit/single entry view mode), which is also shown when adding new dates, if more than one writable calendar exists.
