Add a "delete-line" action

Gaël Bonithon requested to merge Tamaranch/mousepad:add-delete-line-action into master

Depends on !66 (merged), closes #13 (closed).

I chose <Ctrl><Shift>del as default keybinding, as suggested by @matt in #13 (comment 3723), and consistently with default keybindings of the underlying keybinding signal (del to delete chars or selection, <Ctrl>del to delete words).
