Avoid deprecation warnings 5: CSS related

Follows !25 (merged).

Some residual deprecation warnings that could have been dealt with in !23 (merged), but I needed to find out a bit more about the use of CSS tools before, so I preferred to postpone it.

  • Regarding the tab label color in mousepad-document.c, it looks good (in the sense that it reproduces the current state: see #63 (closed) for a discussion on this topic).
  • Regarding the font update in mousepad-view.c, it looks good.
  • Regarding the background color in mousepad-util.c (actually for the encoding dialog), I think we can just remove this piece of code, so I did.
