Make tabs expanded for consistency with other Xfce programs

Michael Alexsander requested to merge Yeldham/mousepad:extend_tabs into master

Programs like Thunar and the Terminal have their tabs be expanded, so it makes sense consistency-wise for Mousepad to follow suit.
