Fulltext now searches more than UTF-8

newhoa requested to merge newhoa/catfish:add-utf-7-16-32-with-bom into master

This allows fulltext search to read/search UTF-7, UTF-16, and UTF-32 files if they have a Byte Order Mark (BOM).
