Check if zeitgeist daemon actually wakes up

Mamoru TASAKA requested to merge mtasaka/catfish:zeitgeist-daemon-check into master

On some distro's packaging, it can happen that zeitgeist library and girrepsitory files are installed due to library dependency for other program, but zeitgeist daemon is not installed. So just check if zeitgeist daemon can actually work.
