Taking the screenshot should happen before the expose event, not
inside.
Also: don't query things we already know like width and height of
the window or the pointer position (as that always stays the same)

This is for non-composited environments. Currently I have to use an
offset of 1px to get the pixbuf drawn. This should be fixed.

The dock hint and the popup window both have the effect of
the wm ignoring the (partly) offscreen position of the
window. The dock hint is not only wrong, it also means the
wm may draw a shadow underneath (xfwm4 has an option for
shadows under docks).

Currently there is no keyboard shortcut bound, but the script
is only executed if the xfconf boolean setting is true.
