[FEATURE REQUEST] WM decorations (WM themes) should be automatically resizable.
Window decorations currently use raster images. Theme developers on opendesktop.org report that creating assets for different DPI settings is too time-consuming. Xfce currently suffers from poor HiDPI support, and this feature would greatly improve it.
This can be resolved by adding the ability for xfwm4 to resize decorations in-memory (using software scaling) after it loads them.
Please consider adding a new directive to `.themerc`, such as `base-DPI=[number]`. If present, this would make the theme scale according to the GTK DPI setting (labeled in Xfce as "font DPI setting"). The "`number`" would be the DPI value where the images need no resizing. If this `number `differs from the "font DPI setting," xfwm4 should automatically resize the images in-memory.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
