This is related to https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/-/issues/531 and https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/-/commit/cdcce73653d430d9cbddba3873e4e98ddae0a6a8, addressing the recent change in the stacking behavior of windows toggled as "Always on top" as staying visible over fullscreened windows, whereas previously a fullscreened window would hide the "Always on top" window. I would like to request an option to toggle this setting back to the previous behavior, making it an option for users based on their preference.
