## Submitted by Abdulrahman Mohammad Assigned to **Olivier Fourdan `@olivier`** **[Link to original bug (#15081)](https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15081)** ## Description Gnome-clocks won't give notifications nor play sound nor raise on top after timers are done unless the window is maximized by the user. apparently this not a Gnome-clocks issue, there is something wrong with Xfwm4. I believe that Gnome-clock isn't the only application affected by this, probably any other timer/alarm app is suffering from the same issue with Xfcwm4, or perhaps timers/alarms that where made specifically for Gnome is the only ones suffering from this? they should give notifications and play sounds and raise on top whenever a timer/alarm is done without any interaction from the user. Gnome-Clocks 3.26.1 on OpenSuse Leap 15 with Xfwm 4.12.4 (revision 7844952) for xfce 4.12 Version: 4.12.0
