[xfwm4-themes] add new theme 'Curvish'

Created attachment 4721 patch to add theme 'Curvish'
(The component "Decorations" in product "Xfwm4" in "Xfce" states 'xfwm4-themes package is in the art category'... But selecting 'Art' automatically selects "Xfce4-icon-theme" - I hope its ok to poste it here.)
Actually the is not a bug report but a feature request. I reworked the good old 'Curve' theme to honor the theme color. Would be nice to have 'Curvish' in the next release. Thanks!
