Scaled display with multi-monitor breaks window movement between monitors

Prerequesites: Two monitors of the same screen dimensions (aka 1920x1200)

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Open the Display settings.
  2. Set the primary screen to a 0.8 custom scaling.
  3. Rearrange the second screen to be to the right of the primary screen, touching borders.
  4. Apply the changes and confirm it's still working.
  5. Open any window (a Terminal works) in the primary screen.
  6. Drag said window all the way over to the secondary screen.

Expected results: Window is fully dragged over.

Actual results: Window is caught partially hanging off the secondary screen and onto the primary screen. Trying to move the window again to pulling fully on the secondary screen does not work (it "hangs" on the edge). Creating a new window in the secondary screen and moving it will force the window to snap and hang.

Tested on: Linux Mint 22.3, XFCE 4.18
