GTK4 based xfwm4 themes

Greetings!

I am a big fan of the (customized, less rounding) TokyoAtNight GTK4 theme and I have been bothered that the xfwm4 theme never really matched nicely.

So I built a python script that slices the xfwm4 bitmaps as good as possible from the GTK4 window decorations. Works great for my particular use-case and should work for any GTK4 theme and I would like to share for the greater good.
