Incorrect "Move to Another Monitor" behaviour with Window Scaling x2

The title pretty much summarizes it all. With window scaling set to 2x, movements to another monitor are only halfway completed. The display configuration is straightforward: two identical monitors with one common side border. spotted on xfwm4 version 4.20.0
