[Feature request] Add theme name to themerc

Like in xfce4-appearance-settings, can you add support for theme name in xfwm4-settings?

For example in /usr/share/themes/HighContrast/index.theme.
I propose to add same in .../xfwm4/themerc file:

[...]
show_app_icon=true
name=Hello World
name[fr]=Bonjour le monde

The theme name is the name of the directory, a simple mv human-theme Human would give you the same.

Yes I know, the current directory name of my theme is a critical fail of the life. Anyway, for Human Blue, for translation, a name[fr] or something similar is required.
