Add accent color highlight and thickness adjustment for window borders

In the Window Manager settings in Style or Advanced would it be possible to add the option for the window borders to be highlighted with the accent color of your theme. Also for you to adjust the thickness of the border. This feature is very similar to what Tiling WM have when you have more then 1 window open and you switch a lot between them. Having a highlight from your accent color would be very productive. This feature is also available on Pop OS's latest Cosmic Desktop as well. The window border color would only be visible if you are not in full screen when you maximaze the window the border will disappear. Other option would be that it would only appear if you have more then 1 windows open and it's not in full screen. If you have 2-3 or even 4 windows open in the corner of the screen when you switch between them with ALT-SHIFT it would be usefull to have highlighted borders instead of looking at the panel all the time. Also if you have for example more then 1 Thunar opened you can't tell the diffrence, but with highlihted borders you could.
