all my windows are migrating to the other monitor when i switch from one monitor to two monitors

i assume this is because my main monitor is on the right (and the display settings isn't friendly when you put the main monitor on the right)

anyway, i have two monitors, i use the right one for main and the left one only when i need more space but when i switch form one monitor to two monitors all my windows that are on my main monitor on the right automatically migrate to the secondary monitor on the left, whyface.jpg

and then i have to repatriate every windows individually, so annoying
