Workspaces Dialog - Add ability to delete items

I apologize I do not know where Workspaces posts should be made.

I might be overlooking something, but kind of confusing how this is handled currently.
User can create Workspace instances in the Workspaces dialog by hitting the "Plus" button.
User can then rename each Workspace to a custom name if desired.
After doing so, it appears that if you then click on the "Minus" button that you are deleting those custom created workspaces but this is not true. They are actually just being hidden, because if you hit the "Plus" button again after removing them, those custom workspace names come back.

Probably should come up with a way to more clearly present what the "Minus" button is actually doing, which is more of a "Hide Workspaces" kind of action. The "Plus" button is also kind of handling two actions: creating new workspace and "Showing" workspaces if they exist and are hidden.
Not sure if I should make a separate post for what I mentioned above?

I am also suggestiing to add some methods to be able to actually delete workspaces as well.
-Maybe can add a button with an "X" icon to Layout "toolbar"
-Also allow the "Delete" key to perform this delete action\

Thank You

The following post is not related specifically to this post, but if both are added would be good to know about as they both require some buttons being added to the GUI of the Workspaces dialog. xfce4-settings#559 (moved)
