Workspaces Dialog - Allow reorder

I apologize I do not know where Workspaces posts should be made.

Since user is allowed to change the name of each Workspace, suggesting to be able to reorder the list of workspaces.
This way if user wanted to add a new workspace to the middle of the list, would not have to rename all the others.

Probably would add both mouse and keyboard methods of achieving this.

MOUSE
-Add ability to drag and drop workspace name using left mouse button.
-Add up and down arrow icons in Layout toolbar that move highlighted workspace name up/down when clicked on.

KEYBOARD
-When workspace name is highlighted, allow a keyboard modifier to be applied and combined with up/down arrow keys to move workspace name up and down.
For example Ctrl+Up arrow & Ctrl+Down arrow
