Add hotkey to be able to open Cycle Window OSD without having to hold down modifier key

Suggesting to add a separate hotkey that could allow user the ability to open Cycle Window OSD (Alt Tab Dialog) without having to hold down a modifier key.
User can choose a custom hotkey to activate/open this OSD and it would just stay open on the screen until user makes a selection.\

CLOSING THE DIALOG
-Can set "Escape" key to close this OSD
-Also make it work with the hotkey user sets up to close windows (Alt+F4 is the default)

NAVIGATION WITH KEYBOARD
-Up / Down Arrows
-Home / End keys
-Page Up / Page Down
-Enter key switches to that highlighted item and closes the Alt Tab dialog

NAVIGATION WITH MOUSE
Can also allow mouse navigation as it currently does
-Single left mouse button click on any item instantly switches to that items window and closes the Alt Tab dialog.
