[Feature Request] Support inverting color of active window or entire screen

Some applications don't respect system-wide settings of dark themes and in this case it would be great if we could invert their colors.

More concretely, I propose that

• enabling users to use GUI to toggle the color inversion status of individual windows.
• enabling the users to use commands to toggle the color inversion status of individual windows.
• Adding A global option for enabling color inversion (in accessibility), that overrides the individual settings of windows

Similar features are supported by kwin, compiz, and compton
