[Feature Request] Horizontal Pixmap Support in Themes.

As it currently stands in xfwm, there is only support for tiling pixmaps horizontal (a.k.a "vertical pixmaps"). This is problematic in that it makes patterns such as horizontal gradients impossible in the window manager as it is. Thus, I think it would be nice if xfwm could add support for various forms of gradients and vertical tiling.
