App viewport scalling.

Heyo,

Sometimes apps like Kdenlive or in general some Qt apps tends to use minimal interface size, which is 1920x1080. And so those apps is almost unusable on 1360x768 displays. Is there would be a way to enforce window scalling in Xfwm4?
