Unable to snap to maximize after update
After updating Xfce to the most recent version in Debian Testing yesterday (version 4.18 according to the "About" dialog), I am no longer able to drag a window to the top of the screen to maximize it.
I have also noticed that I am sometimes unable to drag it to the top at all on non-primary monitors, and windows will get stuck at a distance from the top that seem to be roughly the height of the top-most panel on the primary monitor. I can then sort of horizontally wiggle the window around a bit and with a bit of luck it will "click" and go into place at the top (but still without maximizing as I would normally expect).
