Minimizing Firefox main window causes Picture-in-Picture to disappear

in all operating systems there is a browser feature called PIP where the user can watch overlay video from web browser while working on something else except in XFCE with latest version on ARCH / MANJARO / FREEBSD whe I start PIP video and minimize firefox the PIP video disappear and continue to run in background

this problem is only with XFCE and tried it in both linux and BSD
this problem never happen in GNOME KDE or even MACOS or WINDOWS with firefox

Hope this get fixed
